IT’S MORE THAN JUST EXERCISE

Whether your goal is to improve performance, or continue to maintain health and strength as you age, you should be on a plan that is right for you.

If you are training like you are 20 and approaching 40 or beyond you need to realize you have different needs. You can still become stronger than you ever imagined, but you will need a different path. Training for  your goals need to match where you are at in life.

The fitness industry is full of cookie cutter gyms and programs offering random acts of exercise and high intensity training. That is NOT what everyone needs. Whether you choose to train with myself or on your own, I hope this site  will be a resource of articles and information to help you on your journey. I  personal training and strength and conditioning facility named Tucson Strength, located  in Tucson, Arizona, but also offer online coaching for pursuing strength and other fitness goals.
